What I like about my work

I love working in resource management.  It's an area that affects us all and shapes the country we live in.  The work is stimulating and challenging.

What I’ve done in the past

I worked as a summer clerk at another law firm before my last year of University.  I started working for Anderson Lloyd as a law clerk after finishing University in 2002, and I became a Partner in 2009.

My approach to working with my clients

I enjoy working with clients to find solutions.  It's fair to say we have to deal with some of the most difficult resource management issues in the country.  I enjoy the challenge and enjoy working with our clients to find the best possible solutions.

What I enjoy at work

The work that I have been exposed to here is second to none and I'm lucky to have been involved in some of the most exciting and leading resource management projects in the country.  We have a great bunch of people in our department and we work well together as a team.

What I enjoy outside of work

I really enjoy biking whether it be commuting to work, mountain biking or cadence classes.  I also enjoy reading, gardening and relaxing with friends and family.

What I enjoy about living in the South Island

The South Island has great people and great landscapes and is a fantastic place to live and work.
