New Christchurch Central City Plan Available
Aug 2011The public submission period will commence on 14 August and continue through until 16 September 2011, with a hearing to be convened at the end of that time. Once the hearing is completed the plan will go to the Minister of Earthquake Recovery for ratification. If ratified the Plan will become immediately operative. That means there is no appeal or review process.
As a business owner, land owner or other interested party you have one chance to influence the provisions of the plan and the shape of the CBD. It is critical that you participate in the process if we are to create an innovative, business friendly city centre.
