Annabel Ritchie

Annabel is an environmental and resource management practitioner with experience across all aspects of the resource consenting process, from gathering expert briefs of evidence/reports, liaising with local authorities and attending council hearings, through to Environment Court proceedings.

She has been involved in obtaining/challenging resource consents for a wide variety of activities, including rural subdivisions, residential, retail, commercial, recreation and infrastructure developments.

Many of the projects she is involved with are located regionally, allowing her to visit the site with the client and team of consultants to understand what is to be achieved.

Annabel is a founding member of the Queenstown Young Professionals Group.
